Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products at VoguesVista. If any items arrive misprinted, damaged, or defective, claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. For lost packages, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If an error occurs on our part, we will cover the related costs.

Return Address
The return address for items is determined by the facility from which they were fulfilled. Once we receive a returned item, you will receive an automated email notification. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days. Please note that you are responsible for providing the correct shipping address, as we cannot reship items returned due to insufficient addresses without additional cost.

Incorrect Address
If an insufficient address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our facility, and you will be responsible for the reshipment costs after we confirm an updated address with you.

Unclaimed Shipments
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us, and you will be liable for reshipment costs or can choose to donate the item.

Returns Due to Customer Error
If customers provide the wrong address, fail to claim the shipment, or change their mind after receiving the product, we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. We may accept returns or offer exchanges for size issues at our discretion and expense. In these cases, a new order will need to be placed.

For Brazilian customers, they can request a return within 7 consecutive days after receiving the product. They must contact our customer service and provide a picture of the item. If the product has been used or damaged, a refund may not be possible.

Items Not Returnable
We do not accept returns for certain sealed goods, such as face masks, due to health and hygiene concerns. Any returned orders containing face masks will not be eligible for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Notification for EU Consumers
As per Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU, certain items may not be eligible for return. These include:

  1. Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or personalized items.
  2. Sealed goods that cannot be returned once unsealed for health or hygiene reasons.

Note:

This policy is governed and interpreted according to English law, regardless of any translations made for other purposes whatsoever.

  • Packages sent out from our Latvian facilities are automatically returned to Plienciema 5, Marupe, Marupes novads, LV-2167, Latvia.
  • Packages sent out from our Spanish facility are automatically returned to Travessía Prat de la Riba, 91-95, 08849 Sant Climent de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain.
  • Packages sent out from our UK facility are automatically returned to Antar 2 Headway Road, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV10 6PZ.
  • Packages fulfilled by our partner facilities in Australia are returned to: 40 Tanimbla Street, Kedron, Queensland 4031, Australia (apparel orders); 338 Albert St, Brunswick VIC 3056, Australia (non-apparel orders, except for phone cases); 6 Axis Crescent, Dandenong South VIC 3175, Australia (phone cases).
  • Packages fulfilled by our partner facility in Japan are returned to: Komiyaji 817-3, Shinwamachi, Amakusa, Kumamoto prefecture, 863-0101 Japan.
